Your subscription is managed by Apple.

Cancelling your subscription

To cancel your subscription, go to the Big Mail app and choose → Settings → Subscription and tap “Mange Subscription”. From there you’ll be able to cancel.

If you no longer have the app, you can cancel directly with Apple:

Requesting a refund

We offer free trials of Big Mail, but if you’re not happy after for whatever reason, you can request a refund from Apple:

1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
2. Sign in with your Apple ID and password.
3. Find Big Mail, and tap ‘Report a Problem’
4. Follow the instructions on the page to choose the reason why you want a refund and submit your request.

As refunds are managed by Apple, we’re unable to give an exact ETA of when you’ll receive it. Sorry about that.

Can I buy a copy of Big Mail without a subscription?

Big Mail is available as a monthly or annual subscription. Big Mail is getting better all the time with new and exciting features, as well as important bug and security fixes. We want our customers to always be on the latest and greatest version, regardless of when they bought Big Mail. Plus it means you can use Big Mail across all of your devices.

Does Big Mail offer a student discount?

Yes. Please email [email protected] from a valid school, college or university email address to receive 20% off an annual subscription.
